Shipping

How long does shipping take?
For premade items, we will ship out your package within a week of the purchase date. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping should be an option at checkout. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final.
All purchases made through our store are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects or damage upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos and order details. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for the return process.

Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. No cash refunds will be provided.
