All purchases are final, and no returns are allowed.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union customers
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required. To use this right, contact us within that window to let us know you want to return the item, then send it back within a further 14 days, unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the price paid and any standard delivery fee charged at checkout, to your original payment method, within 14 days.

This EU withdrawal right applies in addition to the damages and issues policy above.
